  2. 200 gr queso seco
  3. 1/2 kg tortillas
  4. 1/4 crema
  5. 2 jitomates grandes
  6. 2 cebollas medianas

  9. 1 lechuga romana
  10. Aceite de oliva
  11. 3 limones
  12. sal y pimienta

  1. Ponemos a cocer el pollo con un trozo de cebolla, los dientes de ajo, las yerbas de olor y sal.
  2. Al mismo tiempo ponemos a desflemar la cebolla, la cortamos en medias lunas, la ponemos en un recipiente con el jugo de los 3 limones, sal y una pizca de pimienta...esto para aprovechar el tiempo y la cebolla quede lista, suavecita y sin picores.
  3. Dejamos eso de lado y vamos picando en cubitos pequeños, los jitomates y los aguacates, cada uno ya listo en su recipiente. Enseguida picamos finamente la lechuga(si no está ya desinfectada, entonces hacerlo)también en su recipiente.
  4. Cuando el pollo está listo, se saca a enfriar y se hacen hebras , a continuación le sacamos al consomé la cebolla, ajos y yerbas de olor y proseguimos poniéndole al consomé 10 cucharadas de mostaza, le revolvemos y dejamos hervir unos 5 minutos mas.
  5. Ponemos a calentar un sartén grande y le vertimos aceite de oliva, una buena cantidad...mientras tanto vamos haciendo los tacos, a cada tortilla le ponemos pollo la enrollamos y acomodamos en el sartén, así hasta llenarlo de tacos, los vamos volteando, a que queden doraditos, se escurren bien y se colocan en un bol cubierto con papel absorente.
  6. Se sirven en plato hondo, de 4 a 5 tacos, cubiertos de lechuga,jitomate, cebolla desflemada,aguacate,crema,queso seco y encima de todo eso se vierte el consomé a la mostaza calientito. Yo además les pongo salsa picante (eso es muy al gusto)
  7. Ah!, se comen con la mano y ya con cuchara se acompaña cada bocado el rico consomé. Pruébenlos les encantarán.
