- Empezamos pasando los filetes primero por maizena,después por los huevos batidos y después por el pan rallado,se echan a la sartén con aceite de girasol y sal y se van friendo. Una vez terminemos se dejan reposar en un plato con servilletas para que absorba todo el aceite. Una vez fríos los cortamos a tiras y les echamos sésamo por encima.
- En una cazuela hervimos un vaso de agua con el zumo de un limón grande y echamos azúcar moreno hasta que se quite el agrio. Después añadimos salsa de soja al gusto y mezclamos bien. Ahora echamos 4 cucharadas aproximadamente de maizena instantánea en un vaso de agua caliente, movemos bien y agregamos a la cazuela, no dejando de remover hasta que espese la salsa. Dejamos reposar y volcamos la salsa encima del pollo, dándonos cuenta de que la salsa baña todo el pollo.
