  2. 3 Chalotas
  3. 1/2 Puerro
  4. 1 lata paté de cerdo

  9. Harina de Trigo
  10. Leche

  1. Desmenuzamos el muslo y la pechuga a l'ast y retiramos la piel,(le podemos poner un trocito que también le da sabor pero no toda) y lo trituramos en una picadora un poco, no mucho rato.
  2. Pochamos las Chalotas y el puerro con un diente de mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite de oliva, y le añadimos el pollo picado y también la lata de paté, lo mezclamos todo muy bien y le echamos la pimienta molida..
  3. Terminamos el relleno añadiéndole un chorrito de Brandy y dejamos que evapore, y rectificamos de sal. Dejaremos reposar la masa hasta que temple un poco y mientras....
  4. Hervimos las láminas de los Canelones con agua hirviendo durante 6 minutos con un puñado de sal, (echar de una a una las láminas sino se os engancharan unas con otras) una vez hervidas las escurrimos y las colocamos encima de un paño seco para quitar el exceso de agua.
  5. Mientras templa la masa y las placas de pasta continuamos con la bechamel.
  6. Echamos en un cazo 2 cucharadas soperas de mantequilla y cuando derrita le vamos agregando la harina de maizena y de trigo (2 cucharadas maizena, 2 de trigo) lo mezclamos con una varilla y añadimos la leche templada (no fría). Lo batimos bien con la varilla para que no queden grumos y cuando espese un poco le añadimos la sal y la nuez moscada. Seguimos batiendo hasta que esté lista...lleva un ratito hacerla...
  7. Rellenamos las placas con la masa preparada, enrollamos y vamos colocando en una bandeja para horno. Agregamos la bechamel, añadimos el queso rallado por encima y unos taquitos pequeños de mantequilla.
  8. Horneamos a 180 grados durante 15 min o hasta que os gratine, depende de cada horno. Y listos para comer!!!
