  6. Ahora la bechamel: es igual que el paso anterior pero sin las espinacas ni almendras, es decir, en un poco de aceite añadir el harina restante y sal al gusto, movemos rápidamente para que no se queme, añadimos poco a poco la leche hasta conseguir una crema
  7. Cuando ya tengamos todo listo vamos a cocer las láminas de lasaña. Yo este paso me lo salto ya que compro unas que no necesitan cocción
  8. Montamos. Yo lo hago asi: en una fuente para horno pongo en el fondo láminas de lasaña (las que hagan falta para cubrir) capa de salsa de tomate, capa de pollo, capa de salsa espinacas, mozzarella (en rodajas finas) y repito hasta que me quedo sin ingredientes o la fuente dé de si. La última capa la hago así: láminas de lasaña, bechamel (sin espinacas) y queso rallado
  9. Metemos al horno (el que habremos precalentado) hasta que se gratine el queso
  10. Si me quedo sin salsa de espinacas y almendras uso la bechamel. Y listo para comeeeeerrrrrr 😉
