- Pasado el tiempo se saca del frigo las pechugas y en un plato se deposita harina de trigo seca. Y pasamos por ella las tiras de pechuga.
- Vamos reservando en un plato. Mientras se calienta abundante aceite para freír. No deje calentar mucho porque se doraran enseguida y pueden quedar poco hechas por dentro. Así que a fuego medio bajo estaría bien. Freímos hasta tener el doradito de tu preferencia. Acompaña con la salsa que más os guste y unas patatas fritas.
