  3. Le agrego las especias (hierbas provenzales + tomillo + romero + orégano + cebolla en polvo) Yo las echo a ojo... si no tienes alguna de ellas no pasa nada... Remuevo bien y dejo que se selle la pechuga.
  4. Cuando la carne está sellada, le añado el vino blanco y tapó la sartén un ratito para que se haga por dentro y quede jugosa. (También sirve usar cerveza)
  5. Destapo la sartén y, cuando el vino ya esté evaporado, agrego las salsas (miel + mostaza + nata) y lo remuevo para que se mezcle todo bien. Yo uso miel de Romero porque es mi favorita por su sabor suave, pero eso va a gustos... Además, puedes jugar con la intensidad, agregando más miel y menos mostaza si te gusta más dulce o más mostaza y menos miel si te gusta más intenso o picante. La nata simplemente ayuda a que la salsa quede espesa y homogénea.
  6. Lo dejo a fuego medio-bajo hasta que reduzca la salsa y quede más espesa. Removiendo de vez en cuando.
  7. Colar el arroz y servir. Yo pongo medio plato de arroz y la otra mitad de pollo con su salsa.
