  3. Cuando finalice, retiramos un momento el varoma, añadimos la leche de coco, el curry, la cayena y la sal, colocamos el varoma en su sitio otra vez y programamos 20min/tem varoma/giro inverso y vel/ cuchara.
  4. Cuando termine rectificamos de sal, retiramos la varoma, y en un recipiente, ponemos el pollo, y vertemos la salsa del vaso por encima. Para finalizar añadimos los anacardos por encima.
