  3. En un bowl poner el perejil y ajo picado, agregar sal, ají molido, pimentón, orégano, aceite y vinagre(una parte de aceite y una cuarta parte de vinagre) a gusto. Mezclar y dejar macerar 24 hs
  4. Pasadas las 24 hs. Remover el aliño y agregar las berenjenas. Revolver hasta que se mezcle bien. Y ahora viene lo más difícil. Dejar las berenjenas tapadas con film en la nevera 24 o 48 horas. Esto hace que queden mortales. Si no pueden, pues nada, son más suaves pero no por eso dejan de estar ricas igual🥰❤🤗
