- Le añades la pechuga también bien picadita y dejas que se dore
- Pones una sartén al fuego y fundes la mantequilla le añades la harina sin dejar de mover le hechas el chupito de ron y dejas que se evapore el alcohol
- Todo ello sin dejar de mover le vas echando poco a poco la leche
- Cuando esté a tu gusto de espesor lo retiras del fuego y le pones sal y la nuez moscada
- Una vez terminado la bechamel le añades a la sartén donde tienes el pollo con el sofrito y lo remueves todo bien
- Te coges las 4 mitades de la berenjena y las rellenas
- Le pones por encima el queso fundido y las gratinas al horno unos 10 minuto que veas que el queso se te ha dorado
