- Haremos una bechamel, en una olla pequeña, echamos un chorro de aceite y dejamos calentar, cuando esté caliente echamos 2 o 3 cucharadas grandes de harina y la cocinamos unos minutos para que no sepa a crudo, luego iremos integrando la leche a chorritos hasta que consigamos la textura de bechamel (ni muy espesa ni muy líquida). Le pondremos sal y pimienta.

- Le echamos a la mezcla de carne unas cuantas cucharadas grandes de la bechamel hasta que la masa tenga una textura cremosa y pasaremos a rellenar las berenjenas.


- Con la bechamel restante le pondremos una capita por encima a cada berenjena

- Le pondremos por encima el queso rallado y lo metemos en el horno 170° solo calor arriba para que se derrita el queso, unos 5-10 min.



- Lo servimos en un plato y a disfrutar que están riquísimas.
