  3. Sofreír la berenjena junto con la cebolla unos 10-13 min. rallar la cúrcuma y añadírsela y cuando esté a punto de acabar añadir sal (si fuera necesario), las dos cucharadas de semillas de sésamo y las especias ajo y cebolla en polvo.
