  5. Incorporar la pechuga de pavo cruda y cortada muy pequeñita con cuchillo. Condimentar con orégano, pimienta, pimentón y sal a gusto. Mezclar la preparación dejando cocinar unos 15 minutos a fuego entre medio y bajo, hasta que la carne esté bien cocida.
  6. Picar la pulpa de los calabacines y añadirla al relleno. Mezclar, dejar un par de minutos más al fuego y retirar.
  7. Rellenar los calabacines y las berenjenas. Cubrirlos con queso rallado y gratinar al horno.
  8. Servir caliente una mitad de cada vegetal para cada comensal.
