- Ponemos el relleno ponemos otra tortita cubriendo el relleno pasando la primero por la mezcla de huevo y yogur, doblamos todos los bordes hacia dentro pondremos por encima unos trocitos de mantequilla, y rociamos con un poco de la mezcla que nos ha quedado
- Con estos ingredientes para hacer la mezcla para humedecer las tortitas da para un molde de 28 centímetros (eso sí añadiendo alguna tortita más)
- Horno precalentado a 200 grados con calor solo abajo horneamos por 25 minutos, cinco minutos más con calor arriba y abajo
